Requirements for PSAs and Safety/Educational Materials
The following are the requirements for videos that include PSAs and safety/educational materials:
1. Videos cannot be submitted anonymously.
2. Videos must relate to the mission and goals of the channel.
3. Videos cannot exceed 100MB and must be no longer than 5 minutes.
4. Videos must be submitted in digital format (with one of the following file extensions only: .avi, .mov, .mpg, or .wmv).
5. Videos must either be submitted via e-mail to video@icmec.org using YouSendIt.com, a free file-sharing service; or send a hard copy of the video to:

6. The organization submitting the video must sign a Video Licensing Agreement for each video.
