Crossing Borders to Protect the Children of the World

On 19 February 2009, The International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (ICMEC) convened a conference "Crossing Borders to Protect the Children of the World". The meeting was held in Cairo, Egypt. In attendance were members of the Honorary Board, and other experts. The conference ended with the issuance of the Cairo Declaration, a call to action to protect the rights of children throughout the world.
