The Good Practice Report assesses the strengths and needed areas of improvement for key countries that process return applications under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child, offers practical recommendations for reform in the countries investigated, and offers possible models to countries considering accession to this Hague Convention. The Country Reports are individual analyses of the procedures and systems of eight countries with the highest numbers of caseloads pertaining to this Hague Convention.
