ALEXANDRIA, VA – The International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC) today announced a major donation from Safer Society Group, a company that focuses on developing technology companies with the aim to create a safer and better global society. Safer Society Group, the parent company of NetClean and Griffeye, has agreed to a donation of Griffeye Analyze DI, which was previously known as NetClean Analyze DI and is a platform that supports digital media investigations and streamlines the process of reviewing images.
Combining global strength and knowledge, investments from committed donors and this type of state-of-the-art technology provides ICMEC with a solid foundation to tackle the rapidly growing problem of child sexual abuse and exploitation.
“ICMEC has enjoyed a strong partnership with NetClean for almost a decade. Now with the donation of the Griffeye Analyze DI technology, we are thrilled to have long-term access to a groundbreaking solution for law enforcement. We are so thankful for Safer Society Group’s generous donation and will put Griffeye Analyze DI to great use supporting our mission,” said Maura Harty, President and CEO of ICMEC.
ICMEC works to make the world safer for children by eradicating child abduction, sexual abuse and exploitation. To see this vision realized, ICMEC partners with government, academia, law enforcement, private industry and other NGOs to identify gaps in the global community’s ability to protect children from abduction, sexual abuse and exploitation and, in response, activates an informed network of child advocates to fill those gaps. ICMEC is a not-for-profit organization relying on donations from individuals, corporations and foundations.
